Occupational health is vital, in December 2024 the company passed ISO 45001 certification. Each of us should take active action, starting from ourselves, to pay attention to occupational health and create a healthier working environment for ourselves and also for others.

“Performance-oriented, quality as the lifeblood, and innovation as the driving force to achieve excellence in management." In September 2024, CBM implemented a production planning system for teams, with each team adopting data-driven performance management.

Starting in November 2023, CBM implemented the PM Project Management System. This system uses structured perspectives, methods, and theories to effectively manage all tasks involved in a project. From the initial investment decision to project completion, it oversees the entire process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, and evaluating in order to achieve the project's objectives.

"Embrace 5S, Uphold 5S, Achieve 5S." Starting on May 31, 2023, CBM launched a 5S Improvement Month campaign across various departments and workshops, implementing several corrective measures.
