In August 2024, CBM implemented the PLM Paperless System, achieving centralized management of product data such as design drawings and process documents, thereby standardizing the product design process. The initial phase of electronic management has been realized in product design and processing. Product drawings and process documents can be accessed and viewed within the PLM system, effectively ensuring the accuracy of product data.

Starting in November 2023, CBM implemented the PM Project Management System. This system uses structured perspectives, methods, and theories to effectively manage all tasks involved in a project. From the initial investment decision to project completion, it oversees the entire process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, and evaluating in order to achieve the project's objectives.

"Embrace 5S, Uphold 5S, Achieve 5S." Starting on May 31, 2023, CBM launched a 5S Improvement Month campaign across various departments and workshops, implementing several corrective measures.

Starting in January 2024, CBM has received a continuous stream of orders, attracting customers by reputation.

A team can only unleash each individual's potential and work toward higher goals when cohesion and unity are deeply ingrained. From May 20, 2023, to July 31, 2023, CBM organized a team-building event for the Lean Group Improvement Project.
